• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Specialists must provide valid credentials and verification documents.
• By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

• Clients and Specialists must create an account to use the app’s full functionality.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Booking and Payment

For Clients:

• Booking is a request for a Specialist to provide a service.
• Payment is processed securely through the app.
• Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the Specialist’s policy.

For Specialists:

• Specialists are responsible for fulfilling bookings punctually and professionally.
• Payment is transferred after successful completion of the service.
• Specialists may set their own prices and service details.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:

• Illegal activity
• Misrepresentation or fraud
• Attempting to bypass payment or booking systems
• Specialists must maintain professional standards and follow hygiene and safety guidelines.

Content

• Users are responsible for all content they post.
• You grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use content for operational purposes.
• The platform may remove any inappropriate content at its discretion.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
• All users agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

• The platform is a marketplace only and does not provide services directly.
• Clients engage Specialists at their own risk.
• The platform is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from service.

Termination

• Either party may terminate their account at any time.
• The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
